These guys were getting of 5 well-aimed shots, all which hit their mark in under 2 seconds with a single-action pistola. Looks like it would take a tremendous amount of practice.

Saw 'The Exorcist' first time last night. You'll NEVER guess what happened!
by nicolaou innothing.. ten years ago i'd have chosen to have a limb amputated rather than let 'satan' into my head by watching such a 'demonic' movie.
well i watched it right through and i thought it was a good movie - if a little dated.
it finished just after midnight and i went straight to bed having turned all the lights out (and brushed my teeth .

I watched this really cool show last night on cowboy action shooting. I really wanna try this stuff. Looks really fun. I don't own a Levergun, or a side by side shotgun though, this could be expensive. You ever try this?

Congrats Richie. Idle hands are, after all, the Devil's playthings. Now you can can buy all the .45 ACP ammo you want and realize your dream of becoming a competition shooter.

OH my god it's moving all by itself!!
by hamsterbait ini have just discovered that i can move the cursor on my screen by moving the fingertips of my left hand about one centimeter above my laptop sensor pad.
i don't think it's demunzz, but maybe the electrical field of my body interacting in some way.. if any part of my body is touching the computer it doesn't happen.
i can also make my face tingle when i hold my right hand over my head about five inches above where my soft spot was as a baby.. i often get electrical shocks from the fittings in department stores.. any theories - has anyone else found this??.

Other Types of Abuse...
by RichieRich inanyone who regularly reads this site is well aware of the sexual abuse scandals amongst jw congregations worldwide.
(for those not familiar, visit www.silentlambs.org).
not to make light of those who were sexually abused, but i think there is an epedimic of other types of abuse in the org.. how many here have been, or know of, someone who was "spanked" regularly and excessively?

Man, my Mom used to beat the living shit out of me. Her weapon of choice was the belt. She once hit me over the head with a cast-iron skillet and knocked me out cold. My Dad was never really much of a disciplinarian, but he did punch me in the face once for taking a pistol to the Kingdom Hall. (I was a dumb-ass kid and wanted to show my buddies that I had a gun.) He was really pissed about that one. My Uncle was/is a real monster though. I mentioned in another thread about how he beat my cousin with a hammer once. He also used to beat him with a cane. My cousin's really screwed-up emotionally as a result. Poor guy. To this day it makes me wince when I see people spank their kids. My Mom had a really violent temper. I have vowed if I ever have kids, that the cycle of abuse stops here.

Low-Key Lysmith= Loki Lie Smith. Loki was on of Odin's sons in the Norse pantheon. I got the name from Neil Gaiman's "American Gods"-one of my favorite books. I have always enjoyed norse history an culture.
Breck (my real name) means "speckled trout" in Scottish Gaelic. My dad is an avid fly-fisherman I think that's where he got the idea for my name. (we come from a long line of Scots as well.)
